Ground floor accommodation includes 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a wc/shower, and a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. There are no steps or thresholds between these rooms, which all have 800mm clear width doors with lever handles opening onto a central hall.

Bedrooms on the ground floor have 900mm wide space alongside the bed. A light switch is located adjacent to the bed. The mains operated smoke alarms give an audible warning, but there is no visual indicator for the hard of hearing.

Shower has a flush tiled floor, with no shower tray. 1.1m x 1.2m with grab rail. An 830mm opening connects to Wc/washbasin area 1.1m x 2.3m.

Kitchen/ Dining room has all appliances and storage located under or on the worktop, with the exception of plates and crockery kept in cupboards above. There is ample space for moving around this area, although no space is provided under the worktop for wheelchair users.

Garden has a combination of grass and stone paving on a very gentle slope.

Playground has a large level grassed area, accessed by a grass ramp. Wheelchair users may find this difficult to use, especially in wet weather.

Games room has flush access through double doors, with ample space around the pool and table tennis tables.

Pets are welcome, but please ensure they are kept under control for the sake of other visitors.
